Following objections from the US Federal Trade Commission and the European Commission, Microsoft now expects the UK's Competition and Markets Authority to oppose its proposed acquisition of Activision Blizzard.
Sources told The New York Times, spotted by VGC, the Xbox firm's legal team expects the UK regulator will object to the merger.
